The VILPE Pressure controller 24 V carefully measures the air flow pressure in the ventilation duct. When the controller detects pressure change, it automatically adjusts the effect of the roof fan to ensure consistent duct pressure.
When a ventilation hatch is closed or opened in a single apartment, the air flow pressure and air speed in the ventilation duct changes. The change affects the ventilation efficiency in the whole building. With the VILPE Pressure controller, the pressure changes are detected and the effectiveness of the roof fan adjusted. The pressure in the ventilation duct is kept consistent and consequently the air flow in the building remains constant. Moreover, the pressure controller can be used for creating under-pressure in specific parts of a building.
The integrated pressure detector is temperature compensated to ensure measurement accuracy. When the pressure controller regulates a roof fan, the pressure change can be adjusted with an accuracy of 1 Pa. Used as a pressure change transmitter, the pressure controller can be adjusted every 50 Pa.
The VILPE Pressure controller is compatible with EC roof fans. The control unit can be attached to the wall. The default settings of the product are 0-500 Pa, 0-10 V output signal and 10 sec response time/regulator speed. No special tools are needed when adjusting the settings.
